WHY USE CONTROLL® TOPSEAL?

When you treating with Controll® Topseal, the materials become resistant against most, acid, salt, oils and grease and most stains. Here are further advantages of using Controll® Topseal:

Controll® TopSeal is environmental friendly and can be used all over, outside ass well as inside. The product has no toxics or inflammable parts, It is odorless, colorless and contains no solvents.
Easy to use
The surface has to bee clean and dray, any cracks must be repaired before application. Surface like aluminum, crystal and ceramic must be covered up before application. Shake the product well before using it, turn the can upside-down when shaking.
Application
The product is ready to use. Be sure that the surface to be treated is clean and without old paint, oil, grease or other old coverage’s. Use low pressure spray. Prior to applying Controll® Topseal, cracks must be repaired and sealed with Controll® Innerseal.
Coverage rates for Controll® Topseal depend on the porosity of the surface. Coverage can range from 2,05 – 5 m2/liter depends on the quality of the surface. The surface can not be painted after it is treated with Controll® Topseal. Do not attempt a second coat after the first coat has dried as a “whiting” could occur between the two coats.
Controll® Topseal penetrates and sets within two hours after application.
