Introduction to Controll® Innerseal

CONTROLL® Innerseal is a waterbased environmentally friendly treatment for concrete and concrete products.

CONTROLL® Innerseal penetrates actively and deeply into concrete and therefore effectively stops leakage, armour corrosion and calcium washout. Besides waterproofing, CONTROLL® Innerseal stabilises dust, expels oil and grease, and is also an excellent transitional medium for additional surface treatment.

The product contains no poisonous or combustible substances, is odourless, colourless and contains no solvents. CONTROLL® Innerseal can be used internally and externally on any building or construction.

Furthermore, CONTROLL® Innerseal has a restraining effect on various other well known problem areas associated with concrete. The product will solve problems resulting from dusting, fungus and algae formation, efflorescence and soft concrete (causes vinyl tiles, paint, polyurethane, and epoxy coatings to peel off).

The unique biochemical modified silicate composition of CONTROLL® Innerseal makes it possible to permanently waterproof cracks up to 2 mm in width. This makes CONTROLL® Innerseal the outstanding choice as a consistent, reliable and effective concrete sealer.

CONTROLL® Innerseal is UV stable because it penetrates into concrete. CONTROLL® Innerseal also prevents corrosion attacks on steel reinforcement, as well as ensuring the correct pH-level of the concrete. This is vital if deterioration is to be avoided.

Thanks to CONTROLL® Innerseal’s ability to adapt to materials used in basic concrete and other concrete products, characteristics such as colour, consistency and appearance will remain unchanged. The treatment leaves a clear and natural surface, without pellicles or film.
