Komsol® STAYPRO is our most durable, vapour-open stain protection system, designed for professional use on a wide range of concrete surfaces in residential, commercial, and public environments. The product forms a thin, transparent and breathable film that repels both water and oils, effectively binds dust and simplifies cleaning.
Komsol® STAYPRO is particularly suitable for smooth, dense substrates, including modern self-levelling compounds and terrazzo floors. When combined with Komsol® SEAL, it provides a unique balance between abrasion resistance and stain protection.
The result is an even, easy-to-clean and durable surface that allows moisture vapour to pass through – preserving the natural breathability of the concrete. The finish is matte to softly satin.
Application is simple: apply with a low-pressure sprayer and distribute using a microfiber mop for a uniform, streak-free finish. The surface dries quickly and is ready for light foot traffic within a few hours.
